Come into the Lite - ChurchliteTM - Everything you love about Church with half the guilt+, and 0 grams of metaphysics per service++.

+ We remove all of the guilt over offending imaginary beings and of enjoying life ( "bad guilt" ) while retaining most of the guilt over harming others ( "good guilt" ) and some guilt over privilege (in the form of concern over the plight of the less fortunate)(not present in all competing churches).

++ Contains Philosophical Naturalism (used to prevent Philosophical Supernaturalism), which adds a trivial amount of metaphysics.

Support the Cause

ChurchliteTM will only survive and grow with the support of unbelievers like yourself. Whether you agree with every word we say, or just find us entertaining, you can support us in a number of ways:

  • Join
By adding yourself to the membership rolls you tell us that you value what we're doing, even if you can't show your support in more material ways.
  • Spread the Word
publicize the ChurchliteTM.org URL, but please do so in an appropriate manner - flyers and handouts coming soon
  • Buy Stuff
cafepress stuff coming soon, other merchandise as time and money permits.
  • Hire Us
Rev. Jim is available in his ministerial capacity to officiate at weddings, commitment ceremonies, funerals etc. Rev. Jim is also for hire in his capacity a software developer and web designer, which indirectly benefits the church.
  • Donate
We're a worldly church and we need worldly goods to survive and grow, especially to grow beyond a simple Internet presence. A few of the things we need:
    • Cash
We can accept donations via PayPal. PayPal takes a few percent as a processing fee. We'll have a address for you to send donations soonish.
    • Services
At the moment, our most pressing service need is likely to be legal and / or tax advice. We hope to need a printer fairly soon too.
    • Office supplies
We could use printer paper, ink cartridges for a Lexmark X75, stamps, envelopes.
    • Other
If you happen to live in the San Diego area and want to bring over a nice casserole or something, that would be great.
